1. Services

OZET (Zambounis Technology) provides commercial applications for Shopify, retail automation hardware systems, and custom software and machine learning engineering services.

2. Shopify Application Subscriptions

Subscriptions to OZET’s Shopify applications (including IzyMaps and Swiss QR Biller) are billed through Shopify Billing according to the selected plan. Merchants can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their subscription at any time in the Shopify Admin.

3. Hardware & Custom Engineering Projects

Initial 20-minute consultations are free of charge. Hardware orders, installations, and custom engineering projects are governed by individual written agreements covering scope, timeline, warranty, and payment terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service or software subscription during the preceding twelve (12) months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or lost profits.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with jurisdiction in Lausanne, Canton of Vaud.
